Susane grew up in nothern New Jersey in a place she liked to refer to as " The Middle of No Where. It was somewhere in the mountains. There were a lot of woods.She loved that on clear days she could see New York City. |
Growing up in the country she truly leanred to appreciate nature. Susane said even though she was raised in the country she was a city girl at heart. She loved visualising what her life would be like when she got older. |
In school Susane considered herself an outsider. she acted different from the other kids. They thought she was wierd because she wrote song lyrics on he rshoes, laughed when nothing was funny and loved science. She claimed books where her true friends. They helped her a lot back then. |
Before Susane was a writer she was a science teacher. She wrote When It Happens and Take Me There while still teaching. Soon after that she became a full-time author. |
