About me:
Thank you all for visiting my page. Here is a little bit about me.
- I am a graduate from Austin High School from the Class of 2016. Upon my graduation, I received my Academic Honors diploma along with my Associates Degree in General Studies through Ivy Tech Community College. I furthered my education by attending Indiana University SouthEast from 2017-2019, where I received my Bachelors degree in Education. I then extend my education by receiving certification in Mild Intervention Special Services in 2021.
-I was hired at SCSD1 in the Summer of 2020 where I taught Middle & High School Mild Intervention from 2020-2022. In the winter of 2022-2023, I was hired for the Geography & History of the World position at Austin High School which I have continued to teach today. Since taking this position, I have also been a part of organizing our annual Veterans Day Program at Austin High School.
- Along with teaching at Austin, I have coached our Austin Middle School Boys & Girls Track Teams since 2016.
- My love for learning about the world we live in stems from one of my goals of traveling the world. So far I have traveled to Iceland, Italy, France, and England. I believe that we should never let someone limit what you can do because of where you are from.
